Donation Form - Online Express

I have a question regarding the javascript online donation form. 


Everything looks fine on the form except anything that has a drop down menu.  When you click on the drop down menu it doesn't show the other options, unless you click on the drop down arrow twice.  Is this something with online express, or could it be an issue with my website?

Of all the random glitches I've seen, this isn't one of them!  Do you want to share the link and we can try it on another computer to narrow it down?

Is it all of your forms or just one? If it's just one, I would probably rebuild it and see if that helps.

I have tried it on numerous computers and
rebuilding it as well.  I’m thinking it must be something on
our website site vs. Online Express.

Just opened your page and all of the dropdowns open on the first click.  Could it be something with trying to test from within your org?  I'm not sure how exactly all of that works, but I know some things get wonky when you try to access from within the network.

They open up, but do they show all the fund options on the first time?

Hi Adam


The dropdowns open for me on the first click. I am using Chrome. You may want to test it with different browsers.


However I did notice one issue. If I select something from a dropdown, click away, and then return to the dropdown again I cannot read the values in the list until I hovered over each one - I think because the text is white and until I hover over the background is white too.


Also I see you have New Zealand as a country option but no values in your NZ Suburb and NZ City tables. I am happy to provide values for those if you ever actually receive donations from NZ. Let me know.

I went back again...same as Catherine reports...after selecting an option and changing the focus to another field, when I go back, the current selection is visible and the rest of the dropdown is white.  If I move the cursor, it shows each value as I pass over its spot on the list, and if I click two more times (so three total back on the field) it will put the darker background back in place as it is the first time the focus is in that field.  Changing your font color to be anything other than white would probably fix that.
