How to send an organization profile an email in LO

An institute within our university community has provided an email to which they've requested two of our email newsletters be sent.  An organization profile was created for this institution thinking an email address as well as including the profile in specific group would be available. There does not appear to be any functionality in the Organization profile to add an email address nor to include the email in any groups.  Am I missing something?

I don't want to create a Constituent360 profile for this purpose.

At the end email campiagn target audiences must be C360 records. I can't think in any other way than create a new organization, add a new contact for this organization and then with email segmination you can include this organization contacts in your email campaign recipients.

Interesting.  Not at all the why I thought an Organization profile would work.  Seems like alot of extra steps for no value.
