One Admin Not Receiving Donation Notification E-Mails

One of our admin's is not receiving donation e-mails. I double checked today and she is set up to receive them. This has been going on since we started using convio, and it's getting frustrating. Any tips for troubleshooting to resolve this issue?

I'm not Evan, but I am looking for information on setting up administrator admin notification for donations above 1K. We've set it up for at least one donation campaign, but I can't remember how and I need to add someone new. More importantly, however, I'd like to know how to set this up via a Donations Administrations tab so that it applies to all of our donation forms. I don't see any "tab" that's labelled "Donations Administrations" in my admin center.

Hi Margaret - you can set up notifications at the campaign level.  Just find your donation campaign and click Edit - then choose step 3 - Specify Groups and Notifications.  You'll be looking for step 2 - Large Gifts.

That's how it's done in Donations Campaigns - it's campaign-by-campaign.  There's not a way that I am aware of to do it for all campaigns on a global basis.  There is a tab that is called General Configurations that is all the way on the right, but that only refers to Donations Classic campaigns so you won't need to worry about that tab.
