Organization contact added as constituent always

Does anyone know if there is a way to prevent the contact person of the Organization being added as a constiuent when they are making an on-line donation for an Organization.  Many times it is just a one time transaction for the person and other times there is already a record for the person but it is not found.  Thanks for any info., Maryanne
