Can I edit/add to an event's name/e-mail fields on the ticket options page?

I've seen questions somewhat similar to this, but I wanted to get an update...hopefully.

We would like to have Company Name be a part of the C360 record when a ticket is purchased for a specific event. Instead, the only options on the ticket options page is Name and E-mail, both of which are requried and at the top of the ticket page.

We went ahead and added a required Company Name question field, but this is available only in the event report, and not automatically filing into the C360 record. So, we are having to cross reference time and again, which, obviously, wastes a lot of time.

Any thoughts on how (or if) this can added without tacking on a question?

Am I making sense?
