I try to merge tax receipt in mail module. Error message appears: "The OpenDataSource method, or property is not available because this command is not availble for reading". 


Does anyone have the same issue as ours? We are using microsoft office 2016 32- bit.

    My team has also been getting the same error when generating Tax Receipts - did you ever find out the solution for this error?
