Email Receipts for Donation Forms

Hi - We set up a new Donation Form for a different fund and are not receiving email notifications. Can anyone let me know how I fix that?

  • There is a check box on the "Get Started" tab for generating receipts. Is that checked or not? Also under "Thank yous" there is the spot to enter the email information. Be sure the "From address" is completed or it won't send.

    Hi Brianne - emails can also occasionally get blacklisted (usually due to spam filters that your organization may have), so if your email address is all set up in step 5 as Stephanie and Jen mentioned and you are still not receiving emails, please reach out to support and if it turns out your email address was blacklisted, they can reverse that for you!
