In terms of functionality.... I'm not sure. That'd be a better question for others in the community.


In terms of best practices, however, it'd be much better to link to a video on your website. Not only will videos slow your email's load time (and encourage mobile constituents to go elsewhere), but they'll also get caught up in spam filters.

You cannot imbed or attach a video in a BBNC email.  You can however have an image with a play button on it, and when the donor/prospect clicks on the image/play button, it can open up the link to the video and play it.  The video can be housed on your web site, you tube, etc.
