How to determine number of appeals sent to constituent

Is there a way to query or report on the number of assigned appeals sent to constituents?  I want to see how many appeals we sent to certain constituents within a time period compared to the number of times they actually donated.

Yep! In a constituent query, go to Summary Information > Summary For Appeals > Total Number of Appeals. Of course, you'll need either start dates or end dates for all of them (or have some other way of grouping them by whatever time period you're looking at).

You can also add a Summary of Gifts to that export to compare how much they gave to those same appeals - unless you are trying to analyze appeal by appeal then you'd have many summary of gifts and or gift columns based on appeal
