# of constituent in query is different from system stats

Hi everyone, 

A constituent query (no criteria) is currently coming up with 3795 records, while my system stats says I have 3679 records. Why the discrepancy? I'm not sure what I'm missing here and would appreciate some insight. Thanks in advance!

You said no criteria. Are you outputting anything? Is there a one to many field that is causing some records to duplicate?


I just compared my system and query with no criteria, no output and #s match.

Are all checkboxes at the top checked on the query?

Thank you Melissa and JoAnn for answering! I figured out that it was because I included Solicit Codes in the Criteria. Every constituent with multiple solicit codes were appearing more than once.
