how do you update donation pages in constituent transaction page

Hello!


I'm sure I'm not using the correct terminology but when we want to set up a recurring payment - or even one time CC payment - we do so through Luminate by going to the donor's constituent record and clicking on Transactions


Under Gift Entry there is a list of donation pages you can set up a gift for this person for - I'm trying to find out how to edit that list.


Here is a photo of what I'm trying to describe:





I clicked on the down arrow next to the Go button and the list above is what I want to edit but no idea where this is controlled within Luminate - anyone know??

Follow up question - I'm trying to clean up the offline pull down menu and cannot find the campaigns/forms for some of these older ones - the all lead to this kind of link/page:  https://secure2.convio.net/fchc/admin/OfflineDonationAdmin


Is there another area where I can find them through the offline donation admin - aka...where is that located?

Was able to figure it out - they are all old Donation Classic pages and I'm going to contact support to turn them off


Will make my list so much more managable


Plus I'm now able to add forms to the list that we want/need

I see it looks like you got this sorted out. I just wanted to chime in to recommend that you black out personal information such as names and addresses on screenshots you share here. Depending on your organization's privacy policy and the privacy laws of any applicable state, you might be in violation for sharing a donor's data.

Just to close the loop in case anyone else has this issue with Donation Classic pages.


We got them removed from the Constituent transaction pull down but to do that Luminate support had to diasble the donation classic compenent (which was not a big deal for us as we have not used this in at least five years)
