RE Events App update

We had an event last week and when I tried to use the app to check people in it would not work on my ipad.  It said the developer need to update it.  Has anyone else had this issue and if so is there a timeline for the update?

Yes, I talked to a rep last week and they said end of October.  We have our reunion weekend coming up and we won't be able to use it.

If you have ipads that are not yet updated to iOS 11 then it should work.

I found an update to the Event app last week.  It appears to work fine with iOS 11.

I found an update to the Event app last week.  It appears to work fine with iOS 11.

 

I spoke to a Blackbaud support rep yesterday who told me the app works fine with iOS 10.3.3, and that they are currently rebuilding the app to work with iOS 11.
