Resetting donations captured in goal bar

When will Blackbaud allow users to reset the progress to zero for Online Express form goal bars? We have one campaign that has match periods and we have to copy the form and replace the part every time we want to include a new goal bar for the match period. The form automatically captures gifts given through it from all time, and you cannot manually override it or prevent it from doing so. We should be able to reset the goal bar based on a set of parameters rather than having to recreate the form and go back to the web developer to replace the part.

I specifically asked the support person who I confirmed with whether there was a specific community forum to ask for updates and she said no that I should check whether anyone else has a workaround for this.

Hey Cheryl - I'll follow up with the Support Analyst to let her know there is an Idea section in the Community.  I can see where she suggested you go to the Community to discuss with others but didn't mention the Idea Bank section.  You can find it here - https://community.blackbaud.com/products/onlineexpress/ideas


I agree this is a good topic to add, and once you add it, our developers can see how much traction it picks up by others who want the same functionality.
