It does not look like as if you can, but there is a Campaign report (next under the Activity report). Would that one work for you? What are you trying to accomplish?

If the canned report doesn't give you enough detail you could create an export with the output fields you need.

Hi Cathleen. Thank you
for your response. We have an ongoing campaign that was split into
3 Phases. Some of our Constituents are still paying off on their
Phase I pledges. We are looking for a comprehensive Pledge Payment
and/or Pledge Status report which includes the Campaign name so we
can reference the Phase.  Hope this info helps!

Tina,

Try the Gift Detail and Summary report under Financial reports.

On tab 3. you can choose the Gift types. On tab 5. "Columns" you can choose to summarize by campaign.
