Second degree relationships in RE

Options
Hi All,

What might be the best way to capture second degree relationships in RE?

I know you can easily input new one to one (first degree) individual relationships in the Relationships Tab, but what about secord degree?

Thanks,

    That would get really messy.

Have you looked at the Relationship Tree?  It does a great job of letting you see second (and third, and fourth, and fifth, and ....) degree relationships.

  • You
can add the second degree on the primary degree by using the
comments section next to the major field if you only want one
record for all your institutions degrees/majors.  OR you can
create a completely new education record on the Relationships tab -
We create a new record for each degree/major earned during a
different graduation time period (e.g. Bachelors and then Masters)
and enter the same School name with the different grad dates/class
of’s and majors.  Only the first one is marked as
    primary.

    We
did it initially all on 1 record, but because of how this displays
in NXT we switched to doing different education records for each
    degree.
