All our forms are down. Any help is appreciated

Hello all of our online express forms are down. We are not hosted by blackbaud.  When I go online to our donations pages they are completely gone. When I go into RE and click on the Onine Express icon I get this error message. Any ideas?

Glad to know its just not us. We had a major event last night and we asking people to donate and then our forms are down. We are new to OLX just a few weeks in.  Does this happen often.  Are you getting the same error message when you go into RE and click on the OLX page.

It is not only us. Any organization using OLX is experience this issue. I checked my list of another organization working with OLX none of the forms are working

I am sorry to hear  that. Honestly, this is the first major problem we have with them since we change last year. If you can contact you representative please do. We already do that but it will be helpful that more people report this.

The problem is solved now! thank you for reporting this. It helped me to identify we were not the only ones with this issue.
