There is a way to hand code the personalization info from the Additional Information. You would use the S1 tag, which looks like this:

The tag is based on the database field name that we use. You will need to know what each field corresponds to in the database. Please put in a support case to help identify the database field names you need to pull in the appropriate additional information fields.
