Obama's Proposal to Reduce Tax Breaks for Charitable Giving

Under President Obama's proposed budget, he will reduce tax deductions for charitable contributions for those earning $250K or more. There is no doubt that this will impact charities, including all of ours. Many of the Free the Kids' most generous supporters fall into that $250K+ income category and without them, I'm afraid we might not survive. Is there a way for all Convio clients to come together and send out an email to our collective constituents to educate them about this proposed change to tax laws for charitable giving. We could invite our supporters to email the president and representatives in Congress and urge lawmakers not to reduce tax deductions for charitable giving. Convio is posed perfectly to spearhead a campaign of this nature. Please post some feedback.
