Sign Up + Opt in & out for different email lists

Hi Online Express Community, 


I've browsed many of the posts about more robust sign up options and using event forms instead of the regular email sign up, but haven't found a good solution. 


I am looking for a way (either through blackbaud/online express or a combination of services) to allow for people to sign up for different email options (such as print newsletter and/or email newsletter) and then also be able to update their email subscription through subsequent email messages instead of just opting in and opting out from emails overall. 


Mailchimp does this well and I was hoping to use their sign up and update profile forms to sign people up for the different options and then transfer the data to ReNXT and send emails through OLX. However, there is not a good way to link someone into the update profile option when you are sending emails outside of the Mailchimp service. 


Anyone find other solutions to this segmented sign up issue?
