We would like to attach an MOU to a fund in Raiser's Edge. The MOU explains what the fund is, the criteria, etc. Do any of you do this? And if so, where do you save MOU?

    Currently, we are not hosted and are not on RENXT, we use O'Matic software's magic folder.  However, once we move to RE NXT, we will use Paper Save.

    Depending on how big the file is, you could perhaps just copy and paste it into the Notes section of the General tab of the Fund record.

    Currently we use O-Matic Software’s magic folder.  But we will be purchasing PaperSave soon as we are moving to RE NXT.

    If you have plans to move to NXT, I hope there will be an Attachments Tile on Fund Records at some point.  In the meantime, or if your org doesn't have plans to move to NXT anytime soon, I would create a dummy record (Constituent) and put Media files there whenever you have one where you need somewhere to put it.  Then put a Note on the Fund indicating where the Media is that goes with the Fund.


    As Heather mentioned, pasting it into Notes on the Fund Record is a great option if it will fit there.
