I have a coaching email for my Team Raiser event - how do I add groups outside of the particpants to the target audience?

So you've set up your Team Raiser event and now you are ready to send out a coaching email to help rally the troops! Upon further reflection, you decide that maybe last year's TR participants would benefit from this fountain of knowledge. Maybe you are running multiple Team Raisers and you find this wealth of information would benefit everyone. The question arises; "How do I add groups to my target audience that are not active participants in the current Team Raiser Event?"

The answer? Follow these simple steps:

1) Locate your TR event and click "Manage".

2) When managing the event you will see a tab called "Coaching Emails". Click that one!

3) You will then see "Message List", "Delivery List" and "Report List". Click "Delivery List".

4) Under "Related Actions" to the left, you will see several more options. One will be "Configure Delivery Groups" - click it!

5) Once again under "Related Actions" you will see "Add Groups". Thats the winner!

6) Search for and check all the groups you so desire to be a part of this Coaching Email and hit the "Add Checked Groups" button!

Voila! You have now ventured into total group inclusion freedom and can include anyone you wish in your coaching emails!
