Pledge Payment Invoices...Can I see yours?

We are in the process of updating our pledge payment invoices and I'm drawing a blank!   Would anyone mind sharing what you send to donors as pledge payment reminders?  Obviously, I won't steal yours...but would love to draw some inspiration from other organizations.

hi there. this is what our template looks like - of course the grey boxes don't print grey.... just reference fields for the variable data.

each year we print on a different color paper, so they are easy to differentiate if there is overlap. these print 2 per 8.5x11 and are perforated. we don't print in-house. I generate the list, and send to my printer.
