Merge Fields Question

If you use a merge field for a saluation (eg, Dear "First-Name",), what happens if the RE record doesn't have a first name?  Is there a way to set the default to "Friend"?

OLX > Account > Integration Options > Addressee/Salutation


Select a Salutation that shows First Name or "Friend" if the First Name field is blank.


If you don't have a Salutation, set one up at Config > Addressees/Salutations.  Like this:
