Donations of less than $25 do not show up in participant honor rolls. How can I change it so that donations of all amounts show up?

Hi Dana,

All donations should appear, though there is a max number of donations that will scroll. It could be possible that you have more donations than the maximum, and the lower donations are not appearing (since you are only showing the top donations.)

If you are not finding that to be a case, please open a support case with a link to an example, and we are happy to investigate further!

Since the donations are displayed in descending order by amount, some of our TeamRaiser participants are upset that their smaller donors are left out when there are too many donors to display. I believe the max is set at 100. Is that correct?

I logged a case and Support was able to change the setting for me. Here's some text from my correspondence with Support:

The default setting is 20...We can increase that to a certain extent, but if you increase it a lot it begins to affect performance.

The maximum number advised would be 200. The majority of participants probably have under 200 donations.

We ended up increasing ours to 200 and haven't seen any performance problems. I wish we had the ability to change settings like these on our own. This is one of the biggest annoyances for me in Convio...lack of control.
