Security permissions to batch transaction details

Hello all -


I am hoping someone can help with a permission issue. We would like to grant members of our advancement services team access to review transaction details in the BBIS Profile Update Transaction batch. I have tried granting the team every permission for Batch under Features > Assign feature permissions as well as all Assign administrative permissions under Batch Types for the role this team resides under. I have attached the message my user is getting when she tries to access Review transaction details. I would prefer to not give them all rights or sysadmin rights. Before I jump down the rabbit hole of permissions, I thought I would check with this group to see if any of you has solved this one. I contacted support, their advice was turn on everything then turn off one by one. I tried that in obvious places, but to go through that exercise for all possible permissions, seems neverending.

area and then find the batch and edit the permissions.
