Online Express - Giving Form and Event Registrations

Does anyone know if there is a way to make the giving form or event form more custom? From colors of the from and background? Even options to remove the title of the event, because it seems repetative on the university website. Also, I would love to see examples on your website of how you are using this.

Hi! We just started using OLX. I created this giving page for our faculty and staff. www.mpcds.com/facultygiving. Let me know if you have any questions about how I made the form. I am just getting started learning the ins and outs, but I hope this example will help in some way. Thanks!

OLX forms are housed on your website, and they should inherit the style of your website (colors, fonts, etc.). I'm not sure off-hand if you can leave the title of the form blank, but you can name it whatever you want, or remove the name of the event from the page the form is housed on, if you're worried about it being repetetive. Although I should say that I've found the more you mention certain info like the event name, location, and time, the less likely it is that people will forget it, so mentioning it more than once can't hurt!


Anyway, if you don't see an option to change something you want in the customize options within OLX itself, you can try changing the styles on the webpage that houses the form, or else you can look up a Java hack for how to change the code of the form itself (although I wouldn't reccomend this unless you have some coding experience).

We use Online Express with Raiser's Edge.  When creating our forms, the tab entitled "Fine Tuning" allows us to change the colors of both background and/or text.  There are also options for the headings and titles within the form.  Please check out our website, in particular our Donate Online form at www.tompkinscortland.edu/foundation.  Hope that helps!
