Do I have to use Blackbaud's Merchant Services in order to use the OLX custom donation pages?

Hello,


My organization has been utilizing the bulk email feature of OLX for approximately 2 years now. The new website of the hospital with which we are affiliated has just been launched. We ARE NOT using Blackbaud's Merchant Services (BMS) for our online donations. Can someone tell me if we can still use donation pages we have created in OLX on our new website even if we do not have the donation's processed using BMS??

Thanks for posting in the Community. In order to leverage the Donation Forms within Online Express you will need to have Blackbaud Merchant Services. Blackbaud Merchant Services is the default processor of OLX to eliminate the need for interconnect fees associated with 3rd party processors and helps us reassure donors that their cards are being processed safely and securely by Blackbaud who strictly adheres to PCI Compliance Standards.
