Sustaining Gifts and Expiration Dates

Hey folks,

I just noticed in Constituent360 that there is a place to update the credit card expiration on a sustaining gift without having to re-enter the complete credit card number. Is this for real? And does anyone know how this would work with multiple sustaining gifts from a single constituent?

Hi - I would suggest you talk to your account manager about testing and turning on the new credit card retry features that were release in November, in case you haven't already done so.
