Employee Giving Appeal

I'm seeking help to setup our online form for our upcoming Employee Giving Appeal. We would like to utilize Online Express as our online vehicle and better utilize the functionality of tracking the appeal. However, with OLX there is not an option to customize for the appeal to include payroll deduction as an option for how to pay or an option for bi-weekly payments. I am all ears for any suggestions. I believe (not in a place to be able to look at OLX currently) that there is a Pledge/Bill Me Later option you could try.  You'd need to adjust it, probably, and you'll definitely want to test it (several times).  Other than that, I think you'd need to build a form outside of OLX and enter those manually.
