Exporting the Sign-up Info.

Help! When I export the sign-up info in NetCommunity it gives all the Biographical Info in one column. I can't parse out the data into rows beyond the first and last name... any thoughts, suggestions, changes to how to get all the biographical info. to show in it's own cloums? Anyone know of excel magic to get this to work? My office if requesting the information for verification and I have well over 100 records that needs to have information parsed into seperate columns.

    After exporting: Highlight the column in Excel, and on the Data tab, choose Text to Columns. Then choose Delimited, and on the next tab, check "other" as your delimiter, and in the space provided, type ctrl+j. You will notice it separates by carriage return when you do that. Click Next and then Finish.


    I would ask though, out of my own curiosity - why is there a need to export this information for verification purposes at your institution?
