I have set up the Service Center to allow sustaining donors access to their campaign details, etc. I made a test donation and from the autoresponder I logged on to the Service Center. I could view the information but could not change anything. The page was not active. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Jim.

    Jim - I just sent you a reply to the email you sent me but basically the reason that you were unable to access the information on the Service Center is that it was not set up for the "Velocity Campaign" form. Let me know if the instructions that I sent don't help clear it up or if you have any other questions.
