We have sold raffle tickets/similar items, such as a strip of stickers related to a bingo event (buy 10 stickers, use them to fill a line of BINGO out if  you are missing only one space). You definitely want to include a description of exactly what they are purchasing- if you sell single tickets for $5, but a group of 3 for $10, then make sure you use the description area to clearly explain that. Also, you will have to track the exact amount of raffles due to a person manually. So, when you see a purchase come through for 1 registration, and 1 of the $10 level raffle tickets, you need to note that while the purchase in OLX (and the event module in RE) will display that they bought 1 "unit" of raffle tickets and 1 "unit" of registration for the event, the reality is they will be expecting 3 raffle tickets because that is what is offered for $10. In other words, in an excel spreadsheet, you group each raffle ticket purchaser by the level of tickets they bought (if you offer multiple levels) and in the column next to that, simply fill in the corresoding amount of individual tickets the person should receive. That, at least, if the system we've found to be effective. Hope it helps!

Thanks!  The trouble I have with OLX is that the purchaser needs to fill in the address and contact info for each unit. So annoying!!
