IMIS can integrate with Convio in multiple ways.

  • Self-serve import:
    • IMIS to Convio. One way synch; not automatic although it can be scheduled.
    • No charge to date, managed solely on the client-side.
  • Data Sync:
    • IMIS to Convio to IMIS
    • Recommended for client to have IMIS consultant. Look into IMIS API, IBOS.
    • Can be scheduled
    • Business requirements involve haivng a Convio Project Manger involved with idenitfying your business rules, mapping fields.
    • * Transactional data is one way, Convio cannot collect transactional data from another source. Convio will only share transactional summary information from another databse.
  • Web services (due to be released end of June 2009)
    • Convio or partner involvement
    • Many of the same steps as in data sync
