Sender ID/Sender Policy Framework

We've noticed a lot of our Luminate Online clients are now seeing the yellow "Sender ID/Sender Policy Framework" error message when they go to send email messages--even though they have already setup their send email address in their domain settings. Does anyone know if Blackbaud made an update that would require them to have to update these again?
