I need to change a donation form (SOS Alcatraz) to be part of the SOS Campaign. It's currently part of the Go campaign. How do I do that? Also, I need to cross ref that to the same campaign in Common Ground so that donations made to that form go to the SOS campaign in CG. How do I do that? Thanks.

Unfortunately there isn't a way to "move" a donation form from one campaign to another.  Once a form is created in a certain campaign, that form is locked into that campaign in Convio.

One thing that you can do is to copy a donation form and when you copy the form you can choose which donation campaign the new copy should be in.  This would allow you to create a new form that looks and behaves exactly like the SOS Alcatraz form but it would be in the campaign the new campaign.

In terms of linking the Convio donation form to the proper place in Common Ground, you'll need to create a new cross reference.  When you navigate to "import/export" under the data management section, you should see a tab called "Cross Reference Types".  click on that tab.  Once there, you will need to click on the "Donation form cross references" to manage the cross references of your Convio donation form.  You will be able to create a new cross reference for your new donation form that points to the proper place in common ground.
