Creating a title for an online express email

Options
Good morning all,

I'm relatively new to online express ... and have a basic question. How do I title an online express

file? I'm creating a newsletter and when I save it, the title reads "No Subject." I'm not sure how to

find the "no subject" line to put the title in that I'd like to use.

Suggestions?

  • Also notice that there are video tutorials available.  And there are other fields in Erin's screenshot that you might want to consider using...including where to set the From Name and Reply To email address (the default for these is set under Account > Primary Contact Info in the main OLX window) and the option to send test messages.  For the test messages, I find it helpful to put together a list of email addresses in a TXT file and save it on my computer.  Then copy-and-paste into the OLX box when I'm ready to send a test.  Otherwise, you have to retype the email addresses for the test message every time.  OLX will tell you when the last test was sent, though, which is helpful.
