We want to add the Tell-A-Friend as a link in an email but can't find it in the drop down list of Links.

This can be done manually via the HTML Content section of the email. When in the WYSIWYG, if you click the Links dropdown menu and then select "Email" - click the Insert link next to the Forward Message.
