How to I create a group with all of my constituents living in Idaho?

This would be done via the Query tool:

Data Management

Query

Create a New Query

Query Builder tab

Field Type: Address

Field: State/Province

Add Field Clause button: Home Address equals ID

Save

Save Query

Run Query

When you have the query results, you would then click the "Use this Query" icon (looks like a thumbs up) and click the Create a Group option.
