Need to create a periodically rebuilding group containing all sustaining givers

You can accomplish this by running a Query based on the Constituent's Sustained Giving Status filed on their Constituent record and then creating a group from those results that rebuilds on a regular basis based on that Query.



Data Management > Query > Create a New Query - Query Builder tab –

Field Type: Sustained Giving Information

Field: Status - Add Field Clause - equals - Current Sustaining Donor

Save Query

Run Query.



Once your Query results return, click the "Use This Query" button (looks like a thumbs-up) and create a Group.

Once you create the Group and you're on the Group Information page, set up the Group to rebuild on a basis of your preference (weekly, monthly, yearly, etc).

Save the Group.
