Exporting a list of Constituents with particular Interest

Hi,  I'm looking for a way to export a list of constituents subscribed to a particular "Interest".  In particular we would like to find out who has signed up within a particular date range.  Is this possible?

You can run a Query to get everyone in the Interest Opt-In group associated with the interest, then use the Query to create a Mail Merge. You cannot include the date of the interest opt-in, though.

Thanks, I didn't see the option to choose the group in the queries, but using a mail merge did have that option.
