How do you stop a recurring gift?

I have a donor who has just recently lost her job and is interested in stopping her recurring gift with us.  How would I go about cancelling her monthly gift?

Here's how you do it:

1. Locate her sustaining gift under Donation Management > Sustaining Gifts tab and click the Edit (pencil) icon.
2. Scroll down to the bottom where it says Cancellation Information.
3. Select the reason ("user requested cancellation" in this case) and any comments you feel pertinent.
4. Click the "Cancel Sustaining Gift" button.

That's all there is to it.
