Add member to a group.

In connection to the current campaign I am running I have found a discrepancy in the number of members in the new donor group and the actual number of donors to the campaign.  I have attempted to add a member to the existing group without success. How can I update the group to show all members?  Jim.

Sorry for the delay in replying to your post but I unfortunately don't know if I completely understand your question.  Since you're having problems with the group feature in Convio, I'm wondering that if you've had a chance to look at the OnDemand video for C360 & Groups. I believe that the video will show you how to upload members to a specific group so I would actually suggest taking a look and then letting us know if it does not address the specific task you were attempting to do.
