Customizing the Constituent Window in Batch

We are finding that the consituent window at the bottom of batch entry lacks key fields that we want to more quickly and accurately process gifts. Has anyone made any customizations to this window or developed other workarounds to solve this issue? We currenlty open a second browser to view the records, but feel we could be more efficient if this window provided more information. We use ImageNow for our scanning so the processors end up having numerous windows that they are jumping back and forth between to process a gift.

Our processors also use 2 screens. We leverage pop up notifications that are set just for their security role (so not everyone sees them) to help make some things easier.
