How can constituents access their profile if we don't have "log-in" option on our website?

We currently don't have a "log-in" feature for our website, and some people have asked us to sign them up for the newsletter.  If they want to change or access their profile, how would they do that?  I'd like to personally email them directions on how to do that.  Thanks!
