Membership Module and Giving Societies

Hello!  

Does anyone out there currently use the membership module for giving societies?

We have two annual giving societies, and I am exploring options as far as using the membership module to track those donors.  Currently our "annual" societies begin and end with our fiscal year.  They are also based on cumulative giving moving levels within each society.  One is $1-999 and the other is $1000+

So if someone pays $100 a month beginning in July (start of FY), they only get the benefits of the club for 2 months.  I was looking at soliciting for their "renewal" after a rolling year. Does anyone have any suggestions? TIA!

Hi Kristin,


We use a rolling membership to track our giving society. To monitor it I set up queries to check the following:

 

• Current Members
• Due to renew this month
• Due to renew next month
• Expired
• Newly Qualified

Our staff member responsible for the giving society checks and monitors these on a regular basis.
