Show/hide option for eCards

Hello,

We would like to set up eCards for our tribute gifts. However, we only want the eCard option to show if the honor/memorial box is checked. Right now, the honor/memorial fields are hidden until they check the box, but the eCard option shows no matter what. I found an old thread on this and tried the suggested solution but it was from a long time ago and did not work. Does anyone have a workaround for this?
