Can participant change font size on personal page?

Question

Participant center doesn't seem to have any way to change anything but font or color scheme, but help screen seems to indicate under Step 3 / Body Text that font size can be controlled -- how do we change this?

This is an access issue.  In order to grant access to customize the font in the Participant Personal Page, perform the following steps in each TeamRaiser:

Go to Fundraising > TeamRaiser > Edit the TR > go to 3. Select Event Options > on the left bottom of the navigator, go to Related Actions section > click Edit Advanced Options > go to c. Define Misc Options > select the check box for question 10. Rich Text Editor Availability on Appropriate Pages.
