Recording Event attendance

I'm new to using Rasier's Edge, and I could search for this answer, but I thought I would start here first. Is there a easy way to track who attended an event in Rasier's Edge? I want to be able to pull these attendees into a report.

There is a report for that list. It's in Reports, Event Management Reports. Choose your event in the 'binocular' area (that's what I call it) and choose any other information you would like or not like. I hope that is what you mean. I'm fairly new to RE - a little over a year- and I understand looking for what you have done before in a different database. It all gets easier in no time at all. I love RE.

That report includes any participant record that has the check box ticked for "participant has attended" on the General tab.

Hey, some quick things to note. You may already know this, but posting just in case.

1. Look for the "Update Participants" utility in the menu bar of the event record. It's a way to more globally update participant information, including attendance.

2. If you happen to use the Mobile Event app on an iPad, there is a way to "check in" people, which marks the attended checkbox.
