Question

Need to run a query to determine how many actions have been taken by a group. I need to determine how many actions have been taken by the Care2 group in Convio. Is there a way to run a query to determine how many actions each user has taken and how many they have taken?

Response

Go to Report Writer > Interaction > Constituent Interaction Count > select Alerts as one of the fields > in the filtes, select Groups and put in the Care2 group.

You can also filter by the Alert Type.  For details, run the Interaction Details Report.
