Browser Verification Error - session logged out

This error occurs when your browser's IP or agent changes.  The agent is what tells the website what kind of browser you are using, and Internet Explorer 8 will change this if you are using compatibility mode. This should only happen once if you change IE8 to compatibility mode for Convio.  Though it is likely that this issue was due to Internet Explorer 8, or your IP address changed while you were browsing, which can happen if your IT department uses load balancing, which means that it will use several IP addresses to make sure that you have the fastest connection to the internet.  If the issue is load balancing, you can request that your connection stay on one IP address, or connections to Convio be kept on the same IP address.    This error is a security measure that auto disconnects your session because session hijacking causes a change in your IP address, and the disconnect protects your data in those rare cases that this could happen.
